Our service fees are separate from government-mandated taxes and registration costs. All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms specified in your individual Dealer Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Iron Gate Title Services LLC shall not be liable for any delays caused by government agencies, incomplete documentation provided by the user, or third-party shipping services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid for the specific order in question.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the portal at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.

8. SMS Communications
